Because there are so many different queries we have a number of ways of dealing with them all, for example:
Hotline telephone support; which means your problem is answered, and if we can sort it out over the phone we will.
Remote control software enables us to see exactly what is on your screen and many problems can be fixed without you having to wait for a off-site visit.
Warranty control involves us keeping an eye on the warrenty state of your hardware and fixing any problems, should they arise, direct with the suppliler
Hardware maintenance takes over when warrenty control leaves off, if a peice of hardware is faulty we will fix it or if needed replace it.
General Support covers all the other aspects of support and we offer four options- Pay as you go, Remote Support, On-site support and Pulse-Bytes.
Training can be provided at request on a range of software products and activities.
Business Continuity planning ensures a plan is in place to keep your business up and running in case of a disaster.
